Free Meditation & Guided Relaxation Downloads

Meditating or taking time to relax need not use up lots of your time. A 10-20 minute session 2 – 4 times per week can be beneficial. Taking time to meditate or relax can reduce anxiety and depression, calm the nervous system and bring about an increased sense of well-being.

The Basic Mindfulness Meditation includes six minutes of guided instruction followed by a gong to mark 10 and 20 minutes of silence.  This enables you to continue the mediation in silence if you wish.  
The Guided Relaxation in the Garden (During the Day) is appropriate to listen to when you want to take a short time out from your busy day.   
The Guided Relaxation in a Garden (Drift into Sleep) recording ends with the intention of the listener going to sleep.
